An anonymous entity posts on the internet a 48-page technical analysis on who they believe wrote the Sobig Worm that plagued millions last year. So far no one has come forward about the posting and there have been no comments by law enforcement on this article.

The authors indicated that the timing of the release was intended to correlate with the one year anniversary of the Anti-Virus Reward Program, which came in existence on November 5th, 2003. The authors stated that they had given this to law enforcement over a year ago, and that their incentive was not the bounty set by Microsoft for $250,000. Microsoft at this time has not commented about the article.
